iPRF Plasma Complex Premium
Firmer, radiant, rejuvenated & more youthful appearance
The Plasma Complex treatment is an innovative approach to skin regeneration and rejuvenation, utilizing growth factors released from blood platelets, hematopoietic stem cells, and structural fibrin.
It is the only treatment utilizing (similarly to platelet-rich plasma) exclusively the patient’s own blood, which not only allows for natural skin stimulation but also achieves the effect of filling missing subcutaneous tissue, volumization, and lifting.
It involves the collection and centrifugation of blood under strictly defined conditions, resulting in a fraction rich in fibrinogen and platelet-rich plasma growth factors such as structural SPRF fibrin and IPRF cellular fibrin, containing blood-derived CD34+ stem cells.
The fibrin preparation procedure allows for a single blood draw, significantly increasing patient comfort. We obtain up to 12 ml of platelet-rich fibrin, allowing for deep revitalization of the face, neck, and décolletage.
The effect of improved skin tension, plumpness, and elasticity is visible after the first treatment, with full tissue rebuilding and regeneration achieved after several months.
The procedure can be performed under local anaesthesia and typically lasts about 1 hour. Redness and slight swelling may occur in the treated area. These symptoms usually subside within a few hours, and makeup can typically be applied after 12 hours.
Each Plasma Complex treatment provides a significant dose of regeneration and structure for your skin. For a full volumetric effect, it is recommended to undergo a series of 3-6 treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart.

PRF vs iPRF Plasma Complex Premium
Higher concentration of platelets, growth factors & leukocytes
The differentiation between PRF and i-PRF lies in their distinct preparation processes and the resultant physical properties of the products. PRF typically assumes a denser, gel-like consistency, whereas i-PRF exhibits a more fluid nature. By implementing refined preparation techniques, i-PRF aims to optimize injectability and spreadability, offering enhanced convenience for specific aesthetic procedures.
i-PRF introduces an innovative concept that addresses previous limitations in regenerative medicine. It offers outstanding cell viability and biocompatibility, leading to superior tissue regeneration. Unlike conventional methods, this advanced form of platelet-rich plasma does not utilize anticoagulants or chemical additives, providing a completely natural treatment approach for addressing volume loss, photo damage, fine lines and wrinkles, scars, pigmentation issues, poor skin texture, and even hair loss.
The concept of low-speed centrifugation (LSCC) ensures a higher concentration of platelets, growth factors, and leukocytes, which become entrapped within the fibrinogen mesh, resulting in a cell-rich network. These essential cells are gradually released, triggering a natural regeneration process.
Studies have demonstrated that the i-PRF Smart Cell System yields a significantly higher concentration of platelets compared to PRP after centrifugation. This emphasizes the superiority of Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin and underscores why this system represents a true game changer in the field of regenerative medicine.
