SAFE AND FAST PAYMENT OPTIONS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
EVERY TREATMENT MUST BE PAID BEFORE IT STARTS
Every treatment must be paid in advance before it starts, so please pay by PayPal, card, bank transfer, or simply by cash in our studio before your treatment or the service won’t be performed.
If you paid the deposit already, you just need to pay the outstanding amount before your treatment begins.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT)
The Non-Refundable Booking Fee (deposit) specified in the description of each treatment is charged during online reservations.
You will be asked to pay the remaining balance before your appointment begins by PayPal, bank transfer or simply on the day of your appointment by cash.
- If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice, we will endeavour to fill your appointment with another client and if we are successful, your Booking Fee (deposit) will be refunded or used to secure your next appointment.
- If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice and we are not able to fill the slot, then your Booking Fee (deposit) will not be refunded, and a new Booking Fee will be required to book another appointment.
Submission of your reservation is a confirmation that you agree with the above.
We really appreciate your time so please do the same for us and take every appointment very seriously.
PAYING IN CASH
If you would like to pay by cash in our studio, you will still need to pay a non-refundable deposit online to secure your visit. The outstanding amount can then be paid at our studio in cash. Any unpaid online reservations will be cancelled.
PAYING BY BANK TRANSFER
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please follow the steps below.
- Transfer full amount for required treatment or deposit to our account.
- Quote the treatment name as your reference.
- Now go to the BOOKING section on our website and book your treatment.
- Choose the service you have paid for (full or deposit only)
- Choose the payment method as ON SITE
- Fill the form, submit and you are done! You will receive the confirmation of your visit by email shortly.
If you are paying your deposit using a bank transfer for the first time, please remember the deposit can reach our account after few days, so please use first time bank transfer only when you are doing your booking in advance (minimum 3 days prior to appointment)
PAYING BY PAYPAL
We are currently using PayPal as a main payment option for our booking system so all transactions online are secured and carried out by PayPal.
However, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay on our website, you can use the PayPal system to pay by card as well.
Please don’t worry you won’t be charged extra by PayPal.
We are not VAT registered, so please bear in mind that we can’t provide you with a vat invoice.
If you require the invoice for the service, the VAT amount at the invoice will be stated as 0%.
