BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT)
The Booking Fee (deposit) specified in the description of each treatment is charged during online reservations.
You will be asked to pay the remaining balance before your appointment begins by PayPal, bank transfer, or simply on the day of your appointment by card or cash on site.
- If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice, we will endeavor to fill your appointment with another client and if we are successful, your Booking Fee (deposit) will be refunded or used to secure your next appointment.
- If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice and we are not able to fill the slot, then your Booking Fee (deposit) will not be refunded, and a new Booking Fee will be required to book another appointment.
Submission of your reservation is a confirmation that you agree with the above.
We really appreciate your time, so please do the same for us and take every appointment very seriously.
We are currently using STRIPE as a main payment gateway but you can also pay for the treatments using PayPal, so all our transactions online are secured and carried out by STRIPE and PayPal.
At Bpermanent we are using Zettle payments. Very safe and secure payments method allowing you to pay by card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, contactless, or many other ways right here, in our studio. Please see below for available payment options.
PAYING IN CASH
If you would like to pay by cash in our studio, you will still need to pay a non-refundable deposit online to secure your visit. The outstanding amount can then be paid at our studio in cash.
We are not VAT registered, so please bear in mind that we can’t provide you with a vat invoice.
If you require the invoice for the service, the VAT amount at the invoice will be stated as 0%.
